Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) MD and CEO Sundararaman Ramamurthy on September 21 said that the will of the majority was followed behind the shifting of Bankex expiry day to Monday.
“Seventy people were saying to keep the bank expiry on Monday, while 20 were saying to keep the bank expiry on Thursday. So, I had to follow what the majority was saying,” Ramamurthy said in the interview with CNBC Awaaz.
