Gold Price Today: Fluctuations are being seen in the price of gold and silver. The rate of 24 carat gold is Rs 60230 per 10 grams. The price of silver has increased to Rs 74500 per kg and it has decreased by Rs 300. A decline in the prices of gold and silver is being seen at the international level. Gold fell 0.022 percent to $ 1949.40 an ounce.

The price of gold and silver continues to fluctuate. On Wednesday, a slight rise in the price of gold and softening of silver was seen. The rate of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 10 per 10 grams to Rs 60,230, while the rate of 22 carat gold has increased to Rs 55,200 per 10 grams. The price of silver has reached Rs 74,500 per kg and it has decreased by Rs 300.

Price of gold and silver in international market

A decline in the prices of gold and silver is being seen at the international level. However, it is doing business only in a limited scope. Gold fell by 0.022 percent to $ 1949.40 an ounce and silver fell by $ 0.03 to $ 23.45 an ounce. Today is the US Fed meeting. A decision has to be taken regarding interest rates.

Gold and silver futures rates

Pressure is being seen on the prices of gold and silver in the futures market. In October delivery contract on MCX, the price of gold fell by Rs 82, or 0.14 percent, to Rs 59,200 per 10 grams. A total of 8,850 lots were traded in gold.

The price of silver has decreased by Rs 73 to Rs 72,496 per kg. On MCX, silver contract is down by Rs 73 or 0.10 percent at Rs 72,496 per kg. 16,693 lots were traded in silver.
