Varun Dhawan, who has been filming for Border 2 in Jhansi, has had a month filled with action and battle cry. However, toward the end of February, the actor will enjoy some song-and-dance instead of the harsh military drama.

According to rumors, Dhawan will return to Mumbai to shoot a lavish song for the film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, which is directed by Shashank Khaitan and features Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, and Rohit Saraf. Between February 24 and 28, the dance performance, which stars Dhawan and Kapoor, will be filmed on a specially built set at Madh Island.

According to a production source, “Sunday Sanskari’s filming was completed last September. This is the only song left. Shashank is looking for a lively song that reflects the playful tone of the movie.

The filmmaker has included well-known dance routines in his past productions, such as the title tune from Badrinath Ki Dulhania [2017] or Saturday Saturday from Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania [2014]. This time around, he also wants music that is upbeat and catchy. There will be fifty background dancers in the performance, which will be choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.
