Vivo has started teasing its upcoming smartphone in India - the Vivo V50. The brand has spoken about its design, colour options, and more.

However, many people are thinking about the Pro variant. While Vivo is still tight-lipped about the Vivo V50 Pro for India, several leaks and rumours suggest that it can be launched along with the Vivo V50. When is Vivo holding the launch event? Well, we haven't got any official information on the launch yet, but it is expected to happen on February 18.

Moving on to its specifications, as I mentioned above, details on the Vivo V50 Pro are yet to come from the brand's end but like always, leaks and rumours have found their way. The Vivo V50 Pro is expected to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, which we can also see in the Vivo V50. Moreover, it might run on MediaTek's Dimensity 9300 chipset, which is 2023's flagship processor.

For photography, it can get a triple camera setup tuned with Zeiss. This can include a 50-megapixel main camera, a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens. For selfies and video calls, there can be a 50-megapixel selfie shooter as well.

And lastly, the Vivo V50 Pro is rumoured to be packed with a 6000mAh battery and will most likely run on Android 15-based UI.

Vivo V50 Pro expected price in India

A while ago, the Vivo V50 Pro was tipped to launch in India at a starting price of Rs 37,999, which was Rs 3000 pricier than the price at which the Vivo V40 launched. Now, if we also expect the same from the Pro variant, it can be launched in India at around Rs 45,000. Last year, Vivo launched the V40 Pro at a starting price of Rs 41,999 in India. But again, speaking anything on its pricing is a little soon because Vivo only hasn't started teasing the smartphone, which means we don't even have any official confirmation on when the phone will launch in India.
