Kitchen Tips: In winter, delicious dishes made from radish really double the fun of eating. But often when radish is grated to make radish parathas or koftas, it becomes a big problem to release water from radish.

squeeze radish well


After grating the radish, wrap it in a cotton cloth or clean muslin cloth and squeeze it well. This will drain out excess water and the flour or mixture will not become wet.


use of salt


Sprinkle a little salt on the grated radish and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Salt draws out water from radish, then filter this water and use the radish mixture.


increase the amount of flour


If the mixture remains wet despite the water draining out, you can add a little more flour or rice flour to it. This will keep the dough in the right consistency.
