Soya Chap-7-8 pieces


Cream or fresh cream-5-6 tablespoons


Boiled Potato – 1 medium size


Grated cheese – half a cup


Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons


Oil – to fry


Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon


Black Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon


Red chili powder – half teaspoon


salt to taste


Cornflor – 3 tablespoons


Coriander leaf finely chopped – 3 tablespoons


Ginger (grated) – Half a teaspoon


Garlic (grated) – 2 tablespoons


Green chillies (finely chopped) – 2 – 3


Bread Curbs – 1 cup (without maida, dry oats can also be used)




Wash the arc well and boil it in water. Cut its pieces into even more small pieces. If you want, you can add a little salt before boiling so that the taste of the arc becomes even better. Remove the boiled arc and remove all the water and let it cool.

Now heat the oil well in a pan, add the prepared balls to it and fry it till it becomes light brown. If you want, you can bake them in the oven as well. Heat the oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) in advance and bake the balls for 20-25 minutes, keep turning them in between to turn golden and crispy from both sides.



Cream sauce with these balls is also very easy. Put a little cream in a small pan and heat it lightly. You can also add salt, pepper, and a little green chillies and coriander according to taste. Cook the cream until it thickens. This will be a great mail with sauce balls.
