HDFC Bank has scheduled a brief maintenance routine for its UPI service in November 2024, aimed at enhancing the quality and reliability of its digital banking experience. During this time, certain UPI functionalities, including financial and non-financial transactions, will be temporarily unavailable across all platforms.

Scheduled Downtime Notification for HDFC Bank UPI Services - November 2024

To improve banking services, HDFC Bank will conduct necessary system maintenance on the following dates:

November 5, 2024, from 12:00 am to 2:00 pm IST (2 hours).

November 23, 2024, from 12:00 am to 3:00 am IST (3 hours).

Affected Services

During these scheduled downtimes, the following UPI services will be temporarily unavailable:

Financial and non-financial UPI transactions for HDFC Bank current and savings accounts as well as RuPay credit card holders.

UPI transactions on HDFC Mobile Banking, Gpay, WhatsApp Pay, Paytm, Shriram Finance, Mobikwik and Kredit.Pe for all HDFC Bank UPI users.
