Honey is considered a boon for health. The anti-bacterial and anti-oxidants present in it strengthen our immune system. Honey has been used for centuries to get relief from cough and cold and its importance has been given in Ayurveda. To get its benefits, people eat honey by mixing it with many things. hot water


The city should never water mixed with hot water. The very simple logic behind this is that hot water has a higher temperature, which destroys the enzymes of honey. By doing this the body does not get the benefits of honey.


Spice food


Never mix honey with spicy food. Doing this not only spoils the taste of spicy food, but it can also cause huge harm to our digestive system.


Ghee


Eating honey mixed with ghee or butter can also be harmful. The reason for this is the thickness of both these milk products. Ghee and butter are thick. And if honey is added to it, it increases the consistency and then it may take time to digest. Due to this, bloating and heaviness may be felt.


Liquor


Mixture of honey and alcohol will always be harmful. Although someone might be doing this, if he is doing it then it will cause harm. Honey contains natural sugars which can get absorbed rapidly in your body when combined with alcohol. This may cause dizziness and vomiting. Do not mix honey with any fermented drink, not just alcohol.


Egg


Both egg and honey are hot in nature, hence keep them separate from each other. The protein present in eggs inhibits the enzymes of honey. The absorption of nutrients from honey may be reduced. The digestion process will deteriorate.
