Sabudana Paratha Recipe: You must have eaten many recipes of Sabudana during fasting. We will tell you the recipe of making Sabudana Paratha.

Ingredients for Sabudana Parotta:
Sago,
Water,
Boiled potatoes,
Rock salt,
Roasted cumin,
Green chilly,
roasted peanuts,
green coriander,
butter,
Oil.

How to make Sabudana Paranthas

step 1
First, wash off the soap, and after soaking for 4 hours, drain the water and dry it on a paper napkin.

Step-2
Now boil a potato, peel it and mash it

step 3
Now in a mixing bowl, add soap granules, grated ginger, coriander leaves, chilli paste and mix it.

Step-4
Now knead this mixture like dough with oiled hands and roll out the paratha with the help of crumbs.

Step-5 –
Now apply butter on a non-stick pan and fry the paratha on both sides. Sprinkle some red chili or cumin powder on the paratha and serve with curd or green chutney.
