The Gangster Court has issued an arrest warrant against the current MLA of Subhaspa, Bediram. In 2006, UP STF had arrested Bediram and his associates in the case of leaking the railway recruitment paper. The hearing of this case is going on in the court. Yesterday, i.e. on Tuesday, the Gangster Court had issued an arrest warrant against 19 people including MLA Bediram and Vipul Dubey in this case.

Charges will be framed in this case on 26 July. Bediram is currently an MLA from Rajbhar's party and Vipul Dubey is an MLA from Bhadohi from Nishad Party. Both Bedi and Dubey will be arrested and presented in court. Charges will be framed in Gangster Court in Lucknow on 26 July. Bediram is an MLA from Jakhania in Ghazipur and Vipul Dubey is an MLA from Gyanpur seat in Bhadohi. 9 cases of paper leak have been registered against Bedi Ram and Vipul Dubey gang.

In 2006, UP's Special Task Force (STF) had made a big disclosure about the paper leak of Railway Recruitment Board exam. Then STF had released a press note. This press note is of 26 February 2006, which was released to the media by STF. In this press note, accused number 1 is Bediram and accused number 7 is Vipul Dubey.
