Employees organizations (NC-JCM and AIDEF) have mentioned the following problems while uploading the memorandum on the portal (8cpc.gov.in):

HTML tag error: At the last stage of submitting the memorandum, the message “Invalid input detected. HTML tags are not allowed” is coming, due to which the submission remains incomplete.
Limited Response Field: A total of 47 sub-themes/questions have been given on the portal, but only 18 fields are available for answering. Due to this, organizations are facing difficulty in presenting their full views.
NC-JCM Secretary Shiv Gopal Mishra has suggested in a letter to the Member Secretary that until the website is completely restored, the organizations should PDF or MS Word format Permission should be given to send memorandum through e-mail. He said that due to website malfunction, a lot of precious time of organizations has been wasted, hence extension of one month in the deadline is necessary.
