Lucknow, Read: Due to the excellent bowling of Mohammed Shami, Prince Yadav and Mohsin Khan (two wickets each), Lucknow Super Giants restricted Rajasthan Royals (RR), who were batting first at their home ground, to a score of 159 runs on Wednesday.

Here today Lucknow Super Giants won the toss and decided to bowl first. Mohammed Shami and Mohsin Khan gave initial blows to Rajasthan Royals who came to bat and destroyed their top order. Yashasvi Jaiswal was dismissed by Shami for 22 runs in 12 balls. On the last ball of this over, he did not even give Dhruv Jurel a chance to open his account.

In the fourth over, Mohsin Khan gave a big blow to RR by thrashing Vaibhav Suryavanshi (eight). After this, captain Ryan Parag and Shimron Hetmyer tried to handle the innings. But in the ninth over, Prince Yadav broke this partnership by dismissing Riyan Parag.

Riyan Parag scored (20) runs in 19 balls, hitting two fours and a six. Mohsin Khan gave fifth success to Lucknow Super Giants by dismissing Shimron Hetmyer in the 11th over. Shimron Hetmyer scored (22) runs in 18 balls, hitting two fours and a six.

Donovan Ferreira was out for 20 runs in 19 balls by Prince Yadav. Rajasthan Royals team scored 159 runs for six wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Ravindra Jadeja played an unbeaten inning of 43 runs in 29 balls, hitting two fours and a six. Whereas Shubham Dubey scored runs (19 not out) hitting three fours in 11 balls.
