Lucknow. An important one-day seminar on Wireless Architectures, VLSI and Embedded Systems on the topic “WAVES-2026” was organized by the Institution of Engineers (India), Uttar Pradesh State Centre, Lucknow on 21/04/2026 at Engineers Bhawan, IEI, River Bank Colony, Lucknow. On this occasion, eminent technical expert Prof. was the chief guest. Satendra Pal Singh (Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, University of Lucknow) participated.

In his address, he highlighted in detail the importance of wireless architecture, VLSI and embedded systems, their current applications and future possibilities. He said that in the modern digital era, these technologies are the foundation of smart devices, communication systems and industrial automation. As guest of honor Prof. V.K. Singh (Former Vice Chancellor, MGS University, Bikaner) while expressing his views said that with the development of 5G and advanced semiconductor technologies, the field of wireless communication and embedded systems is developing rapidly,

Due to which new dimensions of innovation and research are opening up. In his address, the keynote speaker of the program, Dr. Arun Kumar Singh (Chairman, IEI Lucknow Centre), highlighted the role of technical education and research and said that such seminars are extremely beneficial for students and engineers. As the second guest of honour, Prof. Subodh Variya (HOD, ECE) stressed the need for continuous progress in the field of wireless communications, chip design and technological innovation.

The program was presided over by In. V.P. Singh, Chairman, IEI. Done by Uttar Pradesh State Centre, Lucknow. In his presidential address, he said that such technical subjects are very useful for engineers and students and it increases awareness of new technologies. Program coordinator Prof. Neelam Srivastava welcomed the guests and presented the outline of the program. The program was conducted successfully and in the end In.
