Today we will tell you some easy and safe remedies which will gradually help in improving the complexion of your skin.



lemon and honey


Lemon has natural bleaching properties and honey moisturizes the skin. Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice + 1 teaspoon honey. Apply it on feet and leave it for 15-20 minutes and wash it with lukewarm water. Do it 2–3 times a week.


Gram flour and curd pack


It works as both scrub + pack. 2 spoons gram flour + 2 spoons curd + pinch turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on the feet. After drying, rub gently and wash. Helps in removing tan and bringing glow.


potato juice


Potato also has mild bleaching properties. Extract the juice of raw potato and apply it on the feet, wash after 15 minutes. Helpful in reducing dark spots and tanning.


Aloe vera gel


Aloe vera gives coolness and hydration to the skin. You can apply fresh aloe vera gel and leave it overnight. With daily use the skin becomes soft and clean.


Sugar and Coconut Oil Scrub


Great for removing dead skin. Take 1 teaspoon sugar + 1 teaspoon coconut oil and scrub it gently for 5–10 minutes. Do it 1–2 times a week.


milk and turmeric


It is a traditional remedy to improve the skin. Mix a pinch of turmeric in raw milk and apply. Wash after 15 minutes. This helps in evening out skin tone.

  1. While going out, apply sunscreen on your feet also.

  2. Clean your feet daily and apply moisturizer.

  3. Do not use too much lemon (can irritate sensitive skin).
