A single-word comment from Yuzvendra Chahal—“Algorithm”—has added a humorous twist to the buzz around Virat Kohli ’s recent Instagram activity, turning it into a full-blown social media moment.

Chahal’s reaction quickly caught attention online, with many seeing it as a playful callback to Kohli’s earlier explanation of an “algorithm glitch” during a similar incident in 2025.

However, in a twist, Kohli appears to have since unliked the post in question, while Chahal’s comment is no longer visible on it.

‘I was happy... but then I felt bad for him’The latest chatter began after Kohli briefly liked a January post by LizLaz , a German-South African influencer and avid Royal Challengers Bengaluru supporter.

Opening up about the unexpected attention, LizLaz said her reaction was mixed.

“No, I felt a bit sorry for him actually! I was so happy that he liked it, but then him unliking it, I felt a bit bad for him because I don't even know how it became such a big story. How did people notice, how did they make it news that was probably not his intention behind it, but still I am grateful for it and I appreciate the support from him,” she told Hindustan Times.
