    Chewing fig leaves or drinking them boiled in water keeps blood sugar under control. Anti-diabetic properties are found in fig leaves, which reduce blood sugar levels.


    olive oil-

    Garlic-

    Garlic is considered very beneficial in Ayurveda. Using garlic helps in reducing cholesterol and controlling diabetes. Soak 2-3 cloves of garlic in water overnight and chew them on an empty stomach in the morning.

    Grape seeds are also used to control increased blood sugar. Grind grape seeds and make powder and use. Elements like Vitamin E, flavonoids, linoleic acid are found in it. Which are effective in the treatment of diabetes.


    Gooseberry-

    Amla, rich in vitamin C, is also beneficial for diabetic patients. Hypoglycemic properties are found in Amla. Blood sugar level starts decreasing within 30 minutes of eating Amla. For this you use Amla powder.


    Aloe Vera-

    Aloe vera is used a lot in Ayurveda. Aloe vera is not only beneficial for hair and skin, it also helps in controlling diabetes. Blood sugar can be controlled by drinking aloe vera juice. Aloe vera contains elements like hydrophilic fiber, glucomannan and phytosterol that control blood sugar.


    neem– Neem leaves are considered very beneficial in diabetes. Diabetes is controlled by eating neem leaves or drinking neem juice. Neem has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-diabetic properties, which help in controlling diabetes.
