Has Monalisa, the viral girl from the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, really gone missing? A viral video circulating on social media has sparked confusion and concern, but the truth behind it tells a very different story.
In the widely shared clip, a man resembling Monalisa’s husband, Farman Khan, claimed that she had run away. In the video, he says he is in Ajmer-Pushkar searching for her and plans to travel to Jodhpur next, asking people to inform him if they have any information about her whereabouts.
The video triggered strong reactions online, with several users speculating about foul play. Some even went as far as alleging that Farman might be involved in a serious crime and using such videos to divert attention.
Adding to the controversy, Monalisa’s mother accused Farman of orchestrating her daughter’s disappearance, calling it a pre-planned conspiracy.
However, the truth behind the viral video has now come to light. The man seen in the clip is not Farman Khan. He has been identified as Arvind Kumar Dosi, a resident of Barmer, Rajasthan. Arvind clarified through his Instagram account (@avi_patwari) that the video was created purely for entertainment purposes. The same viral video is also available on his social media profile.

This revelation has debunked the claims made in the viral clip and highlights how misleading content can quickly spread on social media.
It is important to note that Monalisa had married Farman Khan on March 11, 2026, through a court marriage, followed by traditional rituals at a temple. Recently, a report by the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes stated that Monalisa was approximately 16 years, 2 months, and 12 days old at the time of her marriage.
