200 grams Mushroom (chopped)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
4-5 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tbsp butter
1 tablespoon flour
2 cups milk
1 cup vegetable stock or water
salt as per taste
freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp cream
Green coriander (for garnish)
Creamy Mushroom Soup Preparation Tips
First of all, wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic to it and fry until it becomes light golden.
Now add chopped mushrooms to it and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes, until the mushrooms become soft.
Now add flour to it and fry for 1-2 minutes, so that the rawness goes away.
Gradually add milk and vegetable stock and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
When the soup becomes a little thick, turn off the gas, cool it slightly and grind it in the mixer.
Now pour the soup back into the pan, add salt and pepper and boil for 2-3 minutes. Finally add cream and mix well.
