New Delhi: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced the launch of ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’ to collect service feedback from passengers. This survey will be conducted online between April 13 and May 10. Under this initiative, passengers traveling in Delhi Metro will be able to directly share their opinions regarding their travel experience, facilities and services. DMRC says that based on the feedback received from passengers, operational arrangements will be improved and work will be done to further improve the quality of services.



According to the DMRC statement, the survey is being conducted by the London-based Transport Strategic Center (TSC), which operates the COMET benchmarking group. This is the 13th edition of this survey. The objective of this survey is to understand how was the travel experience of metro passengers and which areas need improvement. There is a plan to improve the operational arrangements and service quality based on the suggestions received from the passengers. DMRC said that this process is being done as per international benchmarking standards, so that the services of Delhi Metro can be further improved at the global level.

According to DMRC, customers can share their opinions by visiting the official website of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. This survey will run from 13 April to 10 May. Metro administration says that by analyzing the feedback received from passengers, better methods will be adopted to improve the service. This will help in making the operational system more effective, convenient and passenger-friendly.



What will be asked in the survey?


Feedback will be sought from passengers on the following services: Availability of metro service and access to stations, ease of use of service and availability of information during the journey, trust, customer care and security arrangements, behavior of employees, overall satisfaction level, punctuality and quality of operations. DMRC says that the feedback of passengers on all these points will decide the direction of service improvement and the operational system will be made more effective. DMRC appealed to the passengers


According to DMRC, the link to the survey will be available on the home page of the official website, from where passengers can easily access the feedback form. Keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers, the survey form has been prepared in both Hindi and English languages, so that more and more people can give their opinion. DMRC has appealed to the passengers to participate enthusiastically in this survey and share their experiences.
