Roasted Tomato Chutney: If you are full after eating vegetables and do not taste the food, then make tomato chutney and eat it once. You must have eaten raw tomato chutney many times, but the chutney made by roasting tomatoes in this way tastes different. If you eat this chutney, even paneer curry will seem pale in comparison to its taste. Making tomato chutney is easy. If there is no vegetable in the house any day then you can prepare this chutney and eat it. If you want to eat something spicy with paratha or rice, then you can prepare chutney and eat it. Raw Ripe Tomato Chutney Recipe
Step 1- Now add some oil (1-2 spoons) in the pan, cut 3 tomatoes from the middle and keep them in the pan with the cut side facing up. Put 10-12 garlic cloves in oil. When the tomatoes are lightly roasted on one side, turn them and reduce the flame of the gas and cover it. After cooking for 4-5 minutes, the skin of the tomato will start coming off.
Second step- Remove the peel of tomato and now put everything in a bowl. Mix it well with the help of a masher. Now take 1 onion and chop it finely. Now add 4-5 finely chopped green chillies to the mashed tomatoes. Add chopped onion into it. Add finely chopped coriander.
Third step- Add 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder for color in the chutney. Add black salt and white salt as per taste. Now extract the juice of 1 lemon and add it. Mix everything well. If you eat this chutney 2-3 hours after making it or the next day, the taste will increase further. You can prepare this chutney and feed it to your guests. This chutney can be easily stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
