It is important to note that under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, eligible individuals get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh per year. Now, let’s know how to get Ayushman card from ration shops and how to apply for it online.

Go to the ration shop and apply in this way

Now getting Ayushman card is much easier than before. You just need to go to your nearest ration shop and show the necessary documents like Aadhaar card, ration card, mobile number.

The ration vendor will register your information in the system and if you qualify, your Ayushman card will be generated. In many places, this card can also be downloaded or printed instantly.

Make Ayushman card online at home

First open Ayushman Bharat official website on your mobile or laptop.

After opening the website, you will see the login / sign in option. Now enter your mobile number and OTP to login.

After login, you will see ‘Search Beneficiary’ option. Here, you can search mobile number, ration card, aadhaar number or name. If your name is in the list, your details will appear on the screen. If your name does not appear, you are not eligible for this scheme.

If your name is in the list, then you need to complete e-KYC for further processing. Enter your Aadhaar number and verify it using OTP or biometrics. Your personal information will appear on the screen. Check your name, address and other information. If everything is correct, click on the ‘Confirm’ button. Your Ayushman Card will be generated.
