New Delhi. Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan got a big relief on Wednesday in the Pan Masala Misleading Advertisement Case. After the decision of Rajasthan High Court, Salman Khan has heaved a sigh of relief. The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has currently stayed the bailable warrant issued against him. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the Commission has directed to call for the complete file, so that all aspects can be investigated in detail.

This case is to the ongoing proceedings under Section 72 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019, in which the issue of alleged misleading advertising was raised. A 2-judge bench was hearing the case, comprising Justice (retd) AP Sahi and member Bharatkumar Pandey.


The Commission made it clear in its order that until the matter is fully investigated, no further action will be taken under the disputed orders. Along with this, legal proceedings against any warrant issued by the District Commission will also remain adjourned till the next hearing. Notice has been issued to complainant advocate Yogendra Singh Badiyal and now the next hearing of the case has been fixed for April 15, 2026.


Release of Salman Khan’s film postponed


Now if we talk about work front, Salman Khan will soon be seen in ‘Matrubhumi’. This film was earlier named ‘Battle of Galwan’. Salman Khan’s film with Chitrangada Singh was earlier scheduled to release in April, but now this film will release in August. With this, Salman Khan is going to step into the South. Some time ago the actor announced his new film with Dil Raju. This will be a high octane action film. Lady Superstar Nayanthara will play the lead role in the film along with Salman.
