Igor Tudor was relieved of his duties as Tottenham Hotspur head coach on Sunday, just 44 days after he was appointed to the role by the club.
Under his charge, Spurs lost four games and drew once. The side was also knocked out of the Champions League, losing 5-7 on aggregate to Spanish side Atletico Madrid.
The poor run in the league has left the side reeling in 17th place, just one point clear of West Ham United in 18th place.
Having taken over from Thomas Frank in February, Tudor’s tenure is now the fourth-shortest for a manager in the Premier League. The shortest stint belongs to Sam Allardyce, who lasted just 30 days at Leeds United in 2023.
Shortest managerial tenures in Premier League
Sam Allardyce (Leeds United) – 30 days (appointed until the end of the season)
Ange Postecoglou (Nottingham Forest) – 39 days
Les Reed (Charlton Athletic) – 40 days
Igor Tudor (Tottenham Hotspur) – 44 days
Javi Gracia (Leeds United) – 69 days
