What Does Maa Kalaratri Prefer as *Bhog*?

**Simple Recipe for Jaggery Halwa**


**Ingredients Needed:**


1 cup Wheat Flour


1/2 cup Jaggery


2–3 tablespoons Ghee (Clarified Butter)


1 cup of water


Cardamom Powder


**Steps to Prepare the *Prasad*:**


Begin by heating ghee in a pan (*kadai*) and roast the flour until it achieves a golden brown hue.


In a separate container, dissolve the jaggery in water.


Next, combine the jaggery water with the roasted flour mixture and stir well.

Finish by sprinkling cardamom powder on top to complete the *Prasad*.


**How to Offer the *Bhog*:**


Start by performing the worship (*Puja*) of Maa Kalaratri.


Then, present the *Prasad* to her.
