Relationship between teeth and mental health


Taking care of teeth and gums is not only important for our smile, but it also impacts our mental health. Recent research has shown that not taking proper care of teeth and gums not only affects oral health, but it can also have a negative impact on the entire body, especially the brain.

The good thing is that these problems are not difficult to avoid. Brushing your teeth twice daily, especially before sleeping at night, using fluoride toothpaste, reducing sugar intake, and visiting the dentist from time to time, all these small steps can save you from big problems.



These habits are very important for children also. If they are taught proper dental care from childhood, they will be able to keep their teeth healthy and strong when they grow up.
