Ingredients for Mawa Sabudana Kheer:
50 grams of sago, half liter of milk, a pinch of saffron, one cup of khoya, one cup of sugar, half cup of mixed dry fruits, two spoons of ghee.


How to make Mawa Sabudana Kheer:
Step 1: To make Mawa Sabudana Kheer, first of all, soak the sago for an hour.


Second step: After an hour, turn on the gas and place a pan on it. Add a glass of water and soaked sago in the pan.


Step 3: Now, cook it on low flame. Keep stirring the sago continuously so that it does not stick to the pan.


Fourth Step: When the sago is cooked well then add one liter milk in it.


Fifth Step: Now cook sago in milk until it becomes very thick. You also add some saffron strands in it. This gives good color.


Sixth Step: When the mixture of sago and milk becomes very thick, add one cup of khoya and one cup of sugar and stir well.


Seventh Step: Now add ghee in a pan and roast half a cup of mixed dry fruits well and then add the dry fruits to the Sabudana Kheer.


Step 8: Your Mawa Sabudana Kheer is ready. Enjoy it hot.
