Warm milk helps to soften and relax the intestines, facilitating easier stool passage. Rock salt acts as a natural laxative, drawing water into the intestines, which softens the stool and alleviates constipation quickly. Meanwhile, psyllium husk is an excellent source of fiber that forms a gel-like substance in the stomach, increasing stool volume and aiding in painless elimination.

For optimal results, it is advised to take this remedy 1 to 1.5 hours after dinner and 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime.
