Let's be honest, when Deepika Padukone is on the guest list, everyone expects the "full movie star" package. We’re used to the giant gowns, the perfectly polished hair, and that untouchable red-carpet energy. But for stylist Eka Lakhani’s wedding on March 14, she decided to do something completely different. She ditched the drama for something that felt real, rooted, and honestly, just really beautiful.

She showed up in a custom outfit by Jigya Patel (the talent behind Jigya.M), and at first glance, it was just a lovely wash of pinks and purples. But if you looked closer, you could see it was basically a love letter to Indian heritage - specifically the incredible textile work from the Kutch region.
