Crispy Sabudana Vada (Without Much Oil) Sabudana Vada is everyone’s favourite, but many people avoid it because of the oil. Serve it with curd chutney.3. Buckwheat flour puris and spicy cumin potatoes This is the most traditional and filling food of Navratri. Recipe: Heat ghee in the cooker, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, finely chopped potatoes, carrots and peanuts. Add sama rice, add as much water as required and take a whistle.
