Actress Hansika Motwani and businessman Sohael Khaturiya have officially ended their marriage. The latest update online about Hansika Motwani’s divorce was confirmed by the actress’s lawyer. The decision was granted by the Family Court in Bandra, Mumbai. The divorce was granted with mutual consent after both parties agreed that the marriage was not working for them and they wished to part ways.

According to lawyer Adnan Shaikh, the court approved the divorce after both parties agreed that the marriage had broken down. The legal process took place in the Family Court in Bandra, Mumbai.

The statement shared that Hansika Motwani had earlier approached Sohael Khaturiya seeking a peaceful and mutual separation. Later, both sides submitted their consent before the court.

This step officially ended the marriage.

While speaking about Hansika Motwani’s divorce, lawyer Adnan Shaikh also clarified an important detail.

According to the statement, Hansika Motwani did not make any claim for alimony or financial support. The intention behind the legal process was only to bring a respectful and peaceful closure to the marriage.

The focus now remains on moving forward with life and professional commitments.
