New Delhi: Fresh from the highs of winning his second T20 World Cup title with Team India, star cricketer Kuldeep Yadav is set to embark on a new journey in his life. Kuldeep is reportedly set to tie the knot with his fiancée, Vanshika Chada, in a private wedding ceremony in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, on March 14.

Kuldeep got engaged to his childhood friend Vanshika on June 04 last year. While the wedding was on the cards last year, it had to be postponed due to the spinner’s cricket commitments with the Indian team. Kuldeep postponed his wedding to focus on helping India win the T20 World Cup 2026 earlier this month.

After fulfilling his dream of lifting the trophy with the Indian team, Kuldeep is now set up for grander celebrations with his marriage. As per India Today, the cricketer will get married in a resort in Mussoorie on March 14. Kuldeep’s father visited Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath last week to extend an invitation for his son’s wedding.

Star-studded affair

The marriage is set to be a star-studded affair, with a number of current and former Indian cricketers expected to be in attendance alongside top BCCI officials and political heavyweights.

The wedding guest list includes Kuldeep’s current India teammate Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. His other teammates, who were part of India’s 2026 T20 World Cup-winning squad, are also likely to attend the wedding ceremony.

The festivities are set to kick off on March 13, with the haldi and mehendi ceremonies taking place at the Mussoorie resort, as per Kuldeep’s childhood coach, Kapil Dev Pandey. The couple and their families will head to Lucknow after the wedding for the grand reception planned in the city.
