Lucknow, March 9. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath heard the problems of citizens from different districts of the state in the ‘Janata Darshan’ program organized at his official residence in Lucknow on Monday. The Chief Minister himself reached among the people, took their application forms and instructed the concerned officials for quick, effective and transparent solution to the problems.

The Chief Minister said that the government is working with the resolve of service, security and good governance in accordance with the aspirations of the people. He assured that everyone will get justice without any discrimination and quick and effective resolution of public problems will be ensured. Yogi gave clear instructions to the administrative and police officers of the districts that every complaint should be resolved within the stipulated time limit, so that people do not have to face unnecessary problems.

During the public darshan, two entrepreneurs presented their problems to the Chief Minister. On this, the Chief Minister took the applications seriously and directed the concerned departments, especially UPSIDA and the district administration, to ensure time bound solution. The Chief Minister said that a better ecosystem for investment has been created in the state and transparent systems like single window system have been implemented.

He said that entrepreneurs should not face problems at any level and negligence in industry development will not be accepted under any circumstances. A victim who came for public darshan while filing a complaint against the police raised the issue of delay in action. On this, the Chief Minister directed the concerned Superintendent of Police to take immediate cognizance of the matter and take timely action.

Another case was to a family dispute, while on the complaint of illegal occupation, the Chief Minister took a strict stand and said that such cases will not be tolerated under any circumstances and immediate action will be taken as per the rules. The Chief Minister reiterated that the state government is fully committed to solving the problems of common citizens and providing justice to every person is the priority of the government.
