Experts believe that the biggest reason behind Pune Mumbai Expressway accidents is speeding and careless driving. Many times drivers lose control of the vehicle at high speed on the highway. Apart from this, not following traffic rules and driving under fatigue also become the cause of major accidents. In vehicles running at high speed, the driver has very little time to react to sudden changes in the situation. This makes accidents more serious.
What measures are being taken to improve highway road safety?
According to officials, many steps are being taken to improve road safety India on the highways. These include regular vehicle checks, strict enforcement of speed limits and traffic monitoring systems. Apart from this, campaigns are also being run to make people aware about safe driving. Experts say that many such accidents can be prevented if drivers follow the speed limit and drive carefully.
