Model and DJ Kim Turnbull, 24, who went Instagram official with Romeo in November 2024, had the crowd eating out of her hands as she took to the decks at the launch of US soda poppi at 83 Rivington Street in Shoreditch on Thursday night.

Romeo, 23, was on the other side of town enjoying dinner with some friends in Mayfair as his girlfriend, looking happy and confident, showed off her DJ-ing skills, giving event-goers a glimpse of her uber-toned stomach in a brown leather co-ord.

But at the same star-studded event, mingling with the other glamorous attendees and looking chic in a sleeveless beige top and wide-legged jeans, was Romeo’s ex-girlfriend, model Mia Regan, 23, who he dated for five years before they called it a day in 2024, just weeks after they moved in together in Battersea, London.

The former couple confirmed the rumours that they'd called it a day in a post on Instagram, admitting they had both 'friend-zoned' each other. Romeo wrote: "We still have a lot of respect for each other, and still hold a strong friendship and always will."

The Mirror didn’t see Mia and Kim in any cosy chats talk at the buzzy event, or even in close vicinity with each other. But it’s not the first time the pair have avoided a potentially awkward encounter.

Last week, Mia was reported to have swiftly left a London Fashion Week party at Mayfair’s Twenty Two Club some 20 minutes after spotting Romeo arriving with Kim - after watching him walk the runway at the Burberry show.

Kim and Romeo got back togetherlast October after a temporary split, with claims that the ongoing feud with Brooklyn had put pressure on their relationship. It seems relations with the Beckhams now are as strong as ever, however - Kim regularly pictured in group shots with the famous family, as well as on their social media.

Another huge name serving up the glamour at the poppi event, instantly turning heads on her arrival - without her football star beau Ruben Diaz- was Love Island host Maya Jama, 31, looking sensational in a tight black leather dress.

Though she smiled and waved to fans trying to get a selfie or a word with the star, she was surrounded by event staff who made sure nobody got too close.

Runway force Leomie Anderson and aspiring producer Isan Elba, 24, daughter of Luther star Idris. were also seen mingling at the East London venue, which was transformed into a neon-soaked sensory playground, including a massive installation wall made entirely out of poppi cans.

Another high-profile attendee, who both Mia and Kim avoided a potentially awkward moment with, was Romeo's big brother Brooklyn's ex, singer Tallia Storm, who recently told the Mirror exclusively that she wasmost definitely 'Team Brooklyn'when it came to the ongoing feud.

Aas well as a lively, heavily Afrobeat-inspired set from Romeo’s other half, there was a performance from rising pop sensation Skye Newman, and another set full of dancefloor anthems by British-Zimbabwean DJ Skyla Tylaa.
