Your health should always be among your top priorities. And if you needed to make a change in your lifestyle to improve your health and help you live longer, you would hope that your partnerwould support you on that journey, no matter what physical changes it might cause to your body.
But one man on social media who has recently started weight loss jabs to help him slim down after hitting a staggering 27 stone has left his followers concerned that his health improvements could leave him single - because his wife has previously admitted that she "likes chunky men".
George Keywood rose to fame playing Craig in the award-winning series People Just Do Nothing, but since his role on the BBC Three sitcom, he has found success as a social media star alongside his wife, Sienna Keywood.
The couple have been trolled in the past for their size difference, as while Sienna is slim, George is overweight, and at his heaviest, he weighed 27 stone. However, they have hit back at trolls in the past, with George stating that Sienna has "always liked fat boys" even before the pair started dating.
George previously said: "Unlucky for all you skinny boys, you've got no chance." And Sienna added: "I like them chunky."
But in a bid to save his health for the sake of their son, Oliver, George has now started Mounjaro jabs. Mounjaro is a self-injectable medication containing tirzepatide, which works by mimicking the hormones GLP-1 and GIP, which suppress the appetite, slow stomach emptying, and make you feel full for longer.
But some fans of the couple are worried that by slimming down, George will no longer be the "chunky" type of man that Sienna likes. Someone commented on one of their recent videos: "Aren't you worried that if you lose too much weight that Sienna will lose interest? She likes them big, you know."
Putting on a united front, however, the couple said they would not be splitting up. Sienna insisted she loves her husband no matter what he looks like, and said their marriage is "still going strong".
Talking over a video of George showing off his slimmer body and joking that he's got a six-pack coming in, Sienna said: "I don't mind. I like George in all forms. I think he looks great. Don't worry, [our] marriage is still going strong."
Meanwhile, George previously said that, despite being trolled for being overweight, he's received far more negativity since turning his health around. He said: "I used to get called fat and disgusting, now people say I’ve cheated and that I should've just gone to the gym like a 'real man'. You literally cannot win. But I'm not doing this for them. I'm doing this to stay alive, to be around for my son."
