There's some good news for farmers across the country. An important update has emerged regarding the expected installments of the PM Kisan Yojana. Along with this, farmers in Maharashtra will receive another piece of good news: They will receive ₹6,000. ₹6,000 can be deposited into farmers' accounts simultaneously through central and state government schemes.
Farmers of the state will get ₹6,000
The central government has implemented the PM Kisan Yojana. Under this scheme, farmers are given ₹6,000 annually. Each installment is ₹2,000. Now, farmers are waiting for their ₹2,000 installment under the PM Kisan Yojana.
Similar to the PM Kisan Yojana, the state government has implemented the Namo Shetkari Yojana. The Namo Shetkari Yojana also provides farmers with ₹6,000. Both installments will be combined. The eighth installment of the Namo Shetkari Yojana has not yet been released. Therefore, it is expected that the eighth and ninth installments will be distributed simultaneously. Therefore, these two installments will total ₹4,000, with an additional ₹2,000 from PM Kisan. It is expected that farmers will receive a total installment of ₹6,000.
Farmers will get money on this day
1.4 million farmers in the state are benefiting from these two schemes. Officials have stated that these farmers may receive ₹6,000 in April. Currently, farmer information is being collected through AgriStack. Ineligible farmers are being removed. It is being reported that this is the reason for the delay in installments.
