Panand Rasta : During the Maharashtra state budget session, the state government has made a big announcement regarding Panand road. Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has given the information that now Panand roads will also be registered at Satbara Utara. These Panand roads will be recorded in this section other rights on Satbara passage. Bawankule also said that the village revenue officer will record this.

During the budget session, MLA Shweta Mahale raised some questions regarding Matoshree Gram Samridhi Panand Rasta (Panand Rasta) scheme. There is a dire need for this scheme to be smooth and effective. There are many technical difficulties. The Land Records Department said that if the Panand roads are visible in the map, they will be recorded on the Satbara Utani, in which the campaign to exempt the Panand roads in the state is going on. But it has not started yet. So when are we going to do it? Asked that.

Answering this, Bawankule said, Panand Rasta will be recorded in this section other rights on Satbara passage. The Village Revenue Officer will record this. The MLAs of the respective constituencies will meet every month and review this work. Also all the roads in the village will be recorded in the Gram Sabha by resolution and submitted to the Tehsildar. The demarcation of the road will be done through the Land Records Department. It will determine the length, width, direction and boundary of the roads. All these matters will be noted on the Satabara passage.

Similarly, we are going to start the website of Baliraja Shet Panand Rasta’ Yojana, just like the website of Chief Minister’s Gram Sadak Yojana. This website will be launched by the end of March. Due to this, the structure of Panand road of the entire state will now be visible on the website. Bawankule assured that farmers will get clarity regarding ownership and rights of irrigation roads.
