Journey from film meeting to marriage

Rashmika and Vijay first met in 2018 on the sets of the film Geetha Govindam. Their on-screen chemistry was greatly appreciated by the audience. After this both of them worked together again in Dear Comrade.

There were discussions about their relationship for a long time, although both of them never confirmed it publicly. The two got engaged in October last year and made their relationship official in February and announced their marriage.

On 26 February, both of them got married in a grand ceremony in Udaipur in the presence of close friends and family. Now the couple is going to organize a grand reception for their friends from the industry in Hyderabad on March 4.
