New Delhi: Bollywood’s beloved comic actor Rajpal Yadav has bounced back into the public eye in a big way—just days after walking out of Tihar Jail. Facing a high‑profile cheque‑bounce and debt case involving nearly Rs 9 crore, the star has chosen not to stay silent.

Instead, he has launched an official YouTube channel to speak directly to fans, share his journey, and ask for their support.

New chapter on YouTube

Rajpal Yadav announced his new YouTube channel soon after getting an interim bail in the cheque‑bounce matter. In a video message, he said, “Hi friends, I am your Rajpal, and I am very happy to announce my YouTube channel. I have been preparing for this for the last few days. Now that moment has arrived. I need your blessings.”  The channel is named Rajpal Naurang Yadav, and he described it as a personal space where he will talk about both his personal and professional life.

A message of hope and fun

The actor clearly wants his channel to stand for light‑hearted entertainment for all age groups. In his opening note, he said the mission of the channel is that “bachche, budhe, naujawan, sabko manoranjan ek samaan” (children, elders and youth should all be equally entertained). He added that he hopes his content will bring “healthy entertainment” and “achcha manoranjan” to help people stay happy and keep good blood circulation through laughter.

 Law, jail, and comeback

Rajpal Yadav was sent to Tihar Jail in early February 2026 after the Delhi High Court refused him more time to settle a long‑running cheque‑bounce and debt case linked to a 2010 loan he took for his directorial film Ata Pata Laapata.  The matter involved liabilities of around Rs 9 crore, and he spent about 12 days in jail before being granted interim bail till March 18, 2026.

Fans and industry stand by him

During this tough phase, several celebrities publicly came forward to support him. Actor Sonu Sood was among the first to offer help, while others like Gurmeet Choudhary, Guru Randhawa and Mika Singh also extended financial and moral support. Now, as he launches his YouTube chapter, Rajpal has asked fans to “share and subscribe” and has promised that the channel belongs to them.
