This means that for every 1 rupee spent, you earn 1 loyalty point. Whether you use the National Common Mobility Card or purchase a QR ticket through the NAMO BHARAT Connect app, the benefits are the same. Each point is valued at 10 paise. This means that if you travel 1000 rupees, you will earn 1000 points, which are worth 100 rupees. Gradually, these points accumulate and can reduce your fare burden. This system can prove to be very beneficial for regular travelers.

How many points are required for a free ride?

If you accumulate a lot of points, you may be eligible for a free ride. To travel for free, you must have at least 300 points. These points can be used for a maximum of 5 trips at a time and are valid for 7 days.

Card-using passengers can check their points at ticket vending machines, readers, or counters. App users can access all details on their mobile screens. Please note that when booking tickets, you can either pay with points or digital payments; there is no option to pay in half.

Rules for Redemption and Expiration

The redemption of points is available on the booking confirmation screen in the app. One important thing to understand: these points are not permanent. They automatically expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

Also, they are not transferable. Only the person who earned them can use them. A mobile number is required for redemption.
