Ingredients for Masala Puri:
Semolina 100 grams, Gram flour 100 grams, Flour 200 grams, Salt as per taste, Red chilli half spoon, Celery half spoon, Roasted cumin a little, Turmeric a little, Coriander finely chopped, Dry mango as per taste, Oil for frying.
How to make Masala Puri?
First of all, put gram flour, semolina and flour in a vessel and mix it well.
After this add salt and other spices to this mixture. Now grease the dough with a little oil and add water and knead it into a tight dough.
After kneading well, keep it covered with a cloth for some time.
After half an hour, heat the oil and make small puris of this mixture and fry them.
First keep the gas on medium flame and as soon as you add the puri, increase the flame.
Fry the puris until they turn golden and keep removing them. These remain fresh for more than a week. These can be eaten with tea, pickle, chutney, dry potato curry or alone.
