5. Lines or hardness on the tongue can cause Vata-Pitta dosha, which can cause problems like flatulence, pain, acidity, and constipation.


6. If the tongue feels hot or has red spots on it, it can be a sign of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha diseases, which can cause problems like sore throat, joint pain, headache, and gout.
