Bread Vada is a delicious snack which is also easy to make. First of all, mash the boiled potatoes well in a big bowl. Now add finely chopped onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.
Now add green coriander on top and mix all the ingredients well. Shape the prepared mixture into small round balls. This will be the stuffing of bread vada. Now take the bread slice and cut its edge (brown part) gently.
Keep some water in a plate and dip the bread lightly in water and take it out immediately. Keep in mind that the bread should not remain in water for too long, otherwise it may break. Place the soaked bread on your palm and press gently to remove excess water. Now place the potato stuffing in the middle and close the bread from all sides and give it the shape of a round vada.
