Raffle House has launched a new Dream Home prize draw, offering entrants the chance to win a £3 million Buckinghamshire property. As part of the draw, those who enter before 28 February will automatically be matched with entries for next month's Dorset Dream Home too, at no extra cost, with this property valued at £2.5 million - making the total property prize pool worth £5.5 million.
To enter the draw for these two homes, people have various options available. There is a postal entry, where no purchase is necessary; single purchase options; or subscriptions which can be edited, paused or cancelled at any time.
For the postal entry, each entrant needs to create an online account and accept Raffle House's T&Cs, before writing the relevant details on a blank sheet of paper and sending it to the required address via first or second class post. A maximum of one entry can be made per envelope received, and the company says postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries.

For a single purchase entry, there is the option to select 15 tickets for £10, 50 tickets for £25, 150 tickets for £50, and 500 tickets for £100. As the same number of tickets will be entered for both the Buckinghamshire and Dorset properties, this works out to 10p per ticket.
Finally, for the subscriptions, entrants can choose from the following options currently - spend £10 a month for 45 tickets, £30 a month for 180 tickets, or £50 a month for 450 tickets. All three subscriptions include Dream Home and Early Bird tickets, plus loyalty bonus tickets, but the cheapest £10 option does not include the exclusive weekly £1,000 draws, the site says.
If entrants would prefer not to keep the home(s) or move, Raffle House offers the winner(s) the chance to take the cash alternative instead. Customers can also choose to donate a portion of their ticket value to one of the company's 20+ charity partners.
The Buckinghamshire property is near Amersham, less than an hour from London. It has been independently valued at £3 million with stamp duty, legal fees included, as well as the furnishings seen, the site says. The £2.5m Dorset Dream Home, on the other hand, is located near Shaftesbury and a couple of hours from London.
As an alternative, shoppers could look to Omaze, which is currently offering entrants the chance to win a £4 million house in Cornwall, along with £250,000 in cash. There are various ways to enter, including postal, single purchase and subscriptions.
Or Postcode Lottery is another option, where entrants could win a share of £17.3 million in its March draws, the site says. Entrants need to sign up by 28 February to play, and the company also offers 'non-cash prizes', too.
Back to Raffle House, shoppers have left many positive reviews about the company via Trustpilot.
