There have been a number of food recalls issuedin the last few days, with Tesco adding to the list. The supermarket giant has issued a recall of its Tesco Grape & Berry Medley after Salmonella was found in the product.
Symptoms of Salmonella infection usually include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps. If you are experiencing these symptoms, the FSA (Food Standards Agency) recommends staying away from work, school or nursery until they have stopped for at least 48 hours to avoid passing it on to others.

Use by: February 16, 2026 and February 17, 2026
If you have bought the above fruit product, do not eat it. Instead, return it to any Tesco store for a full refund.
Tesco added: "No receipt is required. For further enquiries, please visit the Contact page of our website: tesco.com/help/contact.
"No other Tesco products are affected by this recall. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused."
The supermarket giant said the Salmonella was detected during testing.
In other food recall news, Brioche Pasquier is recalling a specific code of Pitch Chocolate Brioche 6-pack due to the potential presence of hard white plastic.
These are sold at a number of supermarkets, including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons.
