America's Next Top Model star Shandi Sullivan is living a completely different life over 20 years on fromher reality TV debut.

The reality television personality had been working at the retail store Walgreens before starting her modelling career on the second season of ANTM.

The cult-favourite show featured wannabe models fighting for the 'Top Model' title and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enter the industry.

With supermodel Tyra Banks leading the panel of judges, ANTM quickly became a staple show for reality TV fans.

However, the series has come under fire in recent years, with viewers complaining that the cast wasn't always treated with care.

Netflix is now exploring the hidden truths behind the hit show in a new three-part documentary, Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model, streaming now.

Shandi is among the former contestants who appear in the doc, but where is she now?

The fan favourite model finished the show in third place, losing to runner-up Mercedes Scelba-Shorte and winner Yoanna House.

Like the rest of the contestants, Shandi hoped the show would kickstart her modelling career, but that wasn't the case.

"After Top Model, we thought one of us was going to be with a top modelling agency, and that was going to be our new career," she explained in the documentary. [But] no. [I was] still working at Walgreens."

As of 2026, the former reality star co-hosts a horror film podcast called Urn Fulla Popcorn, alongside comedian Timmy Williams.

She also owns a Brooklyn-based jewellery business, Dream Meow Corner, which sells everything from pet portraits and earrings to candle holders.

It's unclear if the shop is still open but Shandi promoted it on her personal Instagram page in December 2023.

Like fellow ANTM star Adrianne Curry, Shandi has left modelling behind. However, she openly speaks about her experience on the show in the new Netflix documentary.

The Kansas native addresses the 'cheating scandal' she was embroiled in during her season, and sheds light on exactly what was happening behind the scenes at that time.
