These Soundcore Sleep A30 earbudsare described as active noise-cancelling earphones that block low-frequency sounds like traffic, the hum of electric appliances, the movement of pets, and, most importantly, snoring and sleep talking, ensuring you can get a restful night's sleep without interruption.
Boasting soft silicone eartips and a lightweight, slimmer profile, these earbuds promise to provide all-night comfort and a pressure-free fit, even when sleeping on your side.
Shoppers can use the Soundcore app to personalise soundscapes, set sleep reminders and wake-up alarms, and access comprehensive reports to monitor their sleep performance, creating a personalised nighttime routine that suits them.
What's more impressive about these earphones is their active snore-masking feature. When the charging case detects snoring, the earbuds optimise the snore-masking audio to block the noise and help you sleep through your partner's snoring, without disturbance.
Plus, the Binaural beats deliver different frequencies to each ear, syncing your brainwaves with restful patterns to relax your mind and encourage you to fall asleep faster.

One buyer who picked up these earbudsbestows an impressive 5-star rating: "Completely changed my sleep, these are amazing! The noise cancellation paired with one of the local in-built sounds (I find the ‘engine hum’ the best) makes for a perfect 8-hour sleep. I don’t get disturbed if my partner gets in/out of bed while I’m sleeping or snores, and they’re comfortable enough that I can sleep on my side. I do wish the battery life were a bit longer, because sometimes I’ll wake up and realise they’re dead, but that’s only if I’m sleeping longer than 8 hours. The battery life for the case itself is good, though, and will recharge them 3 or 4 times before needing to be plugged in. Highly recommend!!"
Another shopper shares: "I bought these as I was going through bouts of insomnia due to racing thoughts and my partners snoring. After a few weeks use I can honestly say they are great, I use the local sounds only with ANC and it does a great job of covering the snoring I barely hear a thing. The battery so far is holding up great the buds get down to about 50% after a night and the case lasts 2-3 days before it needs a charge, this is with local sounds and then ANC switches off when it detects you are asleep, I can't comment on Battery with Bluetooth and ANC on all night. I had to play about with the various tips and wings to get the comfy my tip is if they make your ears sore try a smaller ear tip I had to go small tips and medium wings."
Further praise comes from this reviewer, who presents a balanced arguement: "Having a loud snorer for a partner, and being a light sleeper myself, I needed something to cancel out the disruptive noise, as getting around 4 hours sleep was taking its toll. Suggestions were to start cheap and work up to the more expensive options, but, in desperation, I went straight in with the A30s. And I'm so glad I did. On the first night, I had completely uninterrupted sleep. They don't always mask every loud snore, but they do work very well. There's a range of white noise options to choose from. Recommend using local audio rather than Bluetooth to extend the battery life. I do find the left bud battery fails before the right, but that's a minor issue, and I can't seem to master the "taps" to adjust the volume, so I leave the app open and just open my phone in the night, if needs be, to turn the volume up a bit. On the whole, expensive, but worth it."
And a fourth customer says: "Got these on sale for £139.00. Perhaps one of the best investments in my health I’ve made. The ANC paired with white noise is superb at blocking out noise. I wear these during the day too to help take the edge off. They come with memory foam tips, but I found these to rub during the night and become uncomfortable, perhaps I just have sensitive ears. The silicone tips though are remarkably comfortable. I’m extremely particular about sleeping and they’re practically invisible to feel when side sleeping. I’ve tried so many different tools to help my sleep, including loop earplugs, Manta sleep mask with sound, but this appears to be the silver bullet. Seriously consider these if you need to take the edge off the world in general, and especially for quietening the world when sleeping."
