If you are stuck trying to disable Hall H security in High on Life 2, you are not alone. This mission can feel confusing at first because the game does not clearly explain every step. The security system is layered, guarded, and packed with small details that are easy to miss. However, once you understand how it works, the process becomes much smoother.

Understanding Hall H Security

Hall H is designed as a high-security zone. It is filled with:

  • Laser barriers

  • Automated turrets

  • Security cameras

  • Locked control panels

  • Enemy patrol units

The system works in layers. You cannot just shoot your way through and expect progress. Instead, you must disable the central control system that powers everything in the hall.

Before rushing in, observe your surroundings carefully. Hall H rewards patience more than aggression.

Step 1: Locate The Security Access Terminal

The first thing you need to do is find the main security terminal. It is usually located in a control room slightly above the main hallway floor.

Look for:

You will likely need to eliminate a small group of guards before reaching the door. Take them out quietly if possible. Loud fights often trigger extra reinforcements.

Once inside the control room, interact with the terminal. But do not expect it to shut everything down immediately. It will show that remote security nodes are still active.

Step 2: Disable The Three Power Nodes

Hall H security runs on three distributed power nodes. These nodes are hidden in different corners of the area.

Here is what you need to do:

  • Scan the area using your suit’s detection mode

  • Look for glowing energy cables running along walls or ceilings

  • Follow the cables to their source

Each node is protected differently.

The first node is usually guarded by a turret cluster. Destroy the turrets before interacting with the node.

The second node may require platforming. You might need to wall jump or use a grapple ability to reach a higher ledge.

The third node is often behind a locked gate. To open it, you must shoot a hidden switch nearby. Look for blinking lights or slightly cracked wall panels.

Once all three nodes are disabled, the main system becomes vulnerable.

Step 3: Avoid Triggering The Alarm System

Even after disabling the nodes, Hall H security is not fully offline. There is a secondary alarm system that activates if you are detected for too long.

To avoid this:

If the alarm activates, additional enemies will flood the hallway. It does not make the mission impossible, but it will slow you down significantly.

If you are overwhelmed, retreat briefly and reset the area before proceeding.

Step 4: Hack The Central Console

Return to the main control room after disabling the three power nodes. Now, the central console should allow a full shutdown.

When you interact with it, a short hacking sequence begins. This usually involves:

Take your time here. There is no strict timer unless the alarm is active. Carefully align the circuits until the power flow turns green.

Once completed, you will see:

This confirms that Hall H security has been successfully disabled.
