Sagar Wedding Shooting Vivek Death: A joyous wedding celebration in Sagar, Bhopal suddenly turned into mourning when 15-year-old band musician Vivek died after being shot in the wedding procession. This incident happened late on Thursday night, when wedding celebrations were going on and the sounds of drums and drums were resonating. Vivek was the only son of his family and at a young age, he was helping the family financially by playing in the wedding band.

According to eyewitnesses, amidst the wedding drums and dancing, suddenly someone fired a pistol in the wedding procession. The bullet hit Vivek directly in his chest, causing him to fall and his clothes drenched in blood. Initially people could not understand whether it was a bullet or the sound of firecrackers, but soon there was chaos.

Where was Vivek taken and what was his condition?

Vivek was first taken to a nearby private hospital. He was referred to Bundelkhand Medical College (BMC) in critical condition. Doctors said the bullet hit a sensitive part of the chest, causing massive internal bleeding and resulting in his death.

What came to light in the police investigation?

Police say that there are two possible reasons behind this incident:

1. Firing took place during the celebration- Gun fired carelessly.
2. Controversy regarding the band's music-Two boys argued over playing Rai dance music and one allegedly shot Vivek.

One suspect is in custody during the investigation, while the other is still absconding. Police are collecting evidence with the help of CCTV and drone footage.

Attitude of family and administration

Vivek's family is angry and is demanding registration of a murder case against the accused. The administration gave a relief of Rs 50,000 to the grieving family, but despite this the pain of the family cannot be reduced. Vivek was also the financial support of his family, and his death devastated the entire family.
