Anyone’s mouth will water after seeing the Paneer Sandwich. To prepare this, take mashed paneer in a big bowl. Add onion, capsicum, carrot and green chilli to it. Now add salt, black pepper and chaat masala and mix well.
If the stuffing seems too dry, you can add a spoonful of cream or mayonnaise, which will make the taste richer. After this, apply light butter on the bread slices. Now spread the prepared cheese stuffing evenly on one slice. Place another bread slice on top and press gently.
Now heat the pan or sandwich maker. Apply butter on both the sides and bake the sandwich on medium flame till it becomes golden and crispy. If you have a griller, the sandwich will be ready with nice grill marks in 3-4 minutes.
Cut the sandwich into triangular or square pieces. You can brush light butter on top. Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce. Everyone’s face will light up after seeing this.
